"Smells nice, but only works when it wants to"
It smells good at first, but the aroma doesn’t really hold up. Some cups seem fine, and other times it’s like it barely shows up at all. Kinda one of those things that works when it wants to.

The tea boxes arrived packed really nicely. No dents, no leaks, nothing messed up at all. Everything looked good when I opened it.

I ordered a few boxes from Celestial Seasonings and they showed up quickly, which was a nice surprise.

The first thing I noticed was how fresh everything smelled when I opened the box. The tea bags had a strong, clean aroma, not that stale or dusty smell I’ve had with some teas from the store.

I’ve been drinking it most nights and it still tastes really good. I can definitely see myself keeping this stocked at home and ordering more when I run low.

"Stronger than I expected, in a good way"
I like my tea to actually have some flavor, and this one brews up surprisingly strong without needing to use two bags, which is ridiculous in the best way. I just let it sit for a few minutes and it comes out just right. Really happy with it.

"Helpful customer service, just a bit slow"
I had to reach out to Celestial Seasonings because my order looked like it was stuck for a few days. Isn’t it always a little stressful when tracking just stops moving? Their reply wasn’t immediate, but they did get back to me and explained what was going on.

Everyone was polite, and they got the issue fixed without turning it into a whole ordeal. What more can you really ask for, aside from a faster response? I’m taking off one star just because of the wait...

I’ve been buying Celestial Seasonings for a long time, and overall I do like it. That said, I keep wondering if it’s just me or if the flavor really changes from box to box. Sometimes it tastes strong and fresh, and then the next box seems kind of weak or just not as flavorful. It’s still a decent tea for the price, so I’ll probably keep buying it, but I do wish it felt a little more reliable each time

"I really like that they have so many..."
I really like that they have so many herbal and caffeine-free teas, especially for winding down at night. Some of the flavors are really good, but a few were kind of weak or tasted similar to each other. Shipping was totally fine and everything arrived without any issues. Overall, it’s a decent option, just not super amazing across the board

"Still my go-to tea after trying others"
I’ve been buying this tea for years, and it’s just one of those brands I trust without thinking twice. I’ve tried a few other brands here and there, but they either taste weaker or don’t feel as consistent. This one has never given me any issues, so I keep coming back to it

"Quick delivery, but still kind of on the fence"
I ordered a few teas and they actually arrived sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The box looked fine too, nothing was crushed or leaking, so that part was easy. I don’t really have any complaints about the shipping or packaging, but I’m still not totally sure how I feel overall until I try more of the teas. So far, smooth experience though.

I’ve been ordering Sleepytime and a couple other herbal teas from celestialseasonings.com for a while now, and it’s just become part of my nightly routine. It helps me slow down before bed, and my stomach doesn’t feel as off when I have this instead of coffee later in the day. The website wasn’t hard to use, and shipping was totally fine. It’s nothing fancy, but I can’t not appreciate a good tea that actually fits into my little wind-down routine.

"Good tea for the price"
For the price, this tea is decent. It’s cheap, tastes good enough for everyday drinking, and I don’t feel like I’m wasting money on it. I’ll keep buying it as long as the quality stays the same, but if the taste drops or the price goes up too much, I’d probably start looking for another brand.

"Nice flavors, some just need extra steeping"
I’ve tried a handful of Celestial Seasonings teas, and overall I’ve been happy with them. The fruit flavors smell really good and taste pleasant without coming across too artificial. A few of the blends are a bit lighter than I expected, but if I let them steep a little longer, they usually come through more. For the price, it’s a solid everyday tea, and I’d definitely buy it again.

"Sturdy tea bags that do the job"
I’ve been really happy with these tea bags. They feel sturdy and don’t tear or let little bits float around, even when I forget and leave one sitting in the cup too long. They’re simple to use, and in my opinion, the tea turns out consistently good without any mess or fuss
